Joylife’s microencapsulated Tuna oil powder is a powder product made by dispersing tuna oil added with natural tocopherol and ascorbyl palmitate as antioxidant stabilizers into an emulsion containing L-ascorbic acid sodium in the form of ultra fine oil droplets,and then spray-drying it into powder, the product is agglomerated and has excellent water dispersibility.
