During the fermentation process, the microalgae cells accumulate oils rich in DHA. After the growth and fermentation reach a certain stage, steps such as enzymatic centrifugation, oil extraction, and refining and alcoholysis are used to obtain high-purity, high-quality DHA algal oil.
